Neither. I'm ditching the iPhone's because they're not even second best right now. Plus Apple restricts their users to only using software that they approve of. Apple has become too greedy.
I would go for more memory but maybe the iPhone 6 not S if you want the bigger screen
It's usually best to buy the most storage you can afford, because iPhones can't be upgraded.
