App Store Not Loading on iOS?

The app store on my iPhone 5C has not been working for a while. Whenever I click on it, all of the categories stay blank except for the updates one. I'm all up to date with the software, and I tried restarting, logging out of my apple ID and closing the app. It is very annoying because I've had to delete apps temporarily and now can't get them back because the App Store is constantly blank whatever I do. What can I do to fix this/is anyone else having this problem?

  • Newsfeed part on my Facebook iPhone app is not loading and says 'no stories to show' but everything else is working? The newsfeed bit on Facebook isn't working and just comes up with a sign saying 'no stories to show' but everything else on the Facebook app is working fine. I've tried logging out and back in and I've also deleted the app and reinstalled it. My home Wi-Fi is working and everything else is working fine on my phone but I can't try to use without Wi-Fi as I have no data - incase it has anything to do with that. How do I get it working again?
