App that tells you when certain apps are free?
My uncle has an app on his iPhone that you make a shopping list for other apps on and then it will give you a notification when the app is free. I can't find the app now and I really want it, does anyone know the name?

- Why won't Facebook let me move certain photos to certain albums? I want to move certain photos to certain albums and when I click on "edit album" then i hit this arrow button on the picture and when i hit "move to another album" it gave me an option of 2-3 albums to put the picture into. - App Store won't allow me to download certain apps? I have an iPhone 4 which has restrictions on it. I can't get into them. I don't know if the restrictions have anything to do with the fact that I can't download certain apps. As in, the buttons that you click to install the apps are grey; you can't click on them. The only apps I can't download are KiK (which I'm not allowed to have), and any app that has to do with music (besides iTunes). How do I fix this? Or hack into the restrictions?
