App won't download but also can't delete it?
I have an iphone 6 and i'm trying to download an app that i recently took off my phone. I decided it was more convenient to have the app but when i tried to download it, it wouldn't work. The icon is like a gridded (with straight and slanted lines) grey box and it hasn't had any progress updating.
i've tried deleting it but it won't let me. I've tried going through the appstore, canceling it, and restarting it. I've tried pausing it and resuming it. I've tried using both my spotty wi-fi and my LTE data (which normally downloads apps within seconds).
nothing is working.
whether you know how to delete it or download it I don't care, i just want this half-loaded grey box to go away.
I've had that problem. Its gonna be able to delete soon you just have to wait. Or try turning your phone on and off. In my situation i just waited
