Apple iPhone driver problem?
I've been trying to import photos but one thing that is stopping me is that; Windows (I'm using windows 7) keeps telling me that my iPhone has a problem with its driver. I tried troubleshooting and it did NOT fix the problem. (The code for the problem is 30, just in case) My iPhone is also 5s and it's coming up as unspecified on Devices and Printers.
All I want to do is get the drive problem solved and be able to import my photos again!
Have you installed the latest version on iTunes?
Install the ultimate version of itunes (check settings iphone) and if it not work try with another computer…
Get the latest version of iTunes and try it, if there's still a problem then try it on another computer, you will soon get cause the problem, good luck.
If you are getting problem then just restore it. Your problem will solved and your phone will be look like a new not from outside from internally.
