Are the iphone 4s and 4 the exact same?
Are they the same brightness and res or is one better than the other is it worth upgrafing from 4 to 4s for this?

The iPhone 4S has a dual core A5 chip which is way faster than the iPhone 4.
The iPhone 4S also has retina display meaning better resolution on the screen(more pixels)
I would say the upgrade is much worth it. The iPhone 4S is a great phone.
Well all you need to know is that the iPhone 4 doesn't have Siri but the iPhone 4s does.

- My mom and i got the same phone and same plan yet her internet loads all the time and mine never does? Two iPhone 7+. Same unlimited data plan. Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.
- MS Office 365 and Outlook help needed, simple but exact task needed? I have 1 email account 1 domain but a PC a Laptop and a mobile device (Iphone) I need to sync all 3 of these devices with this email account using outlook on office 365, can anyone shed some light in the matter, also what is MS exchange, I quite didn't get what is it for. My main problem is that I do not see the sent items from each device, only the received ones. And the sent items are only accessible from the device used to send them.

- Is there anyway to track exact address of stolen iphone 4 without app? I never got icloud or find my iphone on my phone. It got stolen and when I looked it up yesterday and today on family locator(verizon) I was able to find an area location on where it is. It doesn't give me the exact address though. Are there any websites that would be able to give me the exact address?
