Are Verizon iPhones unlocked for use with T-Mobile 4G?

Verizon is CDMA, T-Mobile is GSM.
You aren't physically able to unlock the phone, and you can't use a CDMA phone on a GSM network.

Yes they are unlocked, However are not compatible with T-Mobiles 4g network which will result in coverage but absolutely horrible data speed… Edge network

My cousin has an iphone 4s also and she also upgraded it to where she can use her 3G but she has sprint. We try and facetime each other but when we answer it says connecting. But it never connects. Is there a way this can be fixed?
