Battery Draining in 4 hours with my iphone5?

I charge my Iphone 5 to 100% and 4 hours later reguardless
I have tried turning off Turn off
-Background app and content refresh
-Turn off Siri's Raise to Speak
-Turn off Location Services
-Turn off Push Notifications
-Turn of Notification Center widgets
-Turn off Spotlight indexing
and the phojne is still draining at a rapid pace someone help?

I suggest taking it to your nearest Apple store. You stated that you have turned off almost everything but it still drains quick.

If you have (as you indicated) turned off nearly everything, yet it still drains fast, it's likely a defective battery. The iPhone usually gets very good battery results, even with everything turned on. Take it to an Apple Store and they'll get a replacement. If there's no Apple store near you, you can call the 800 number, but you'll have to go without your phone for a week or so if you mail it to them.
