Broke my Sprint Galaxy s3 w/insurance can i get an iphone 5?
Alright so i bought the total insurance the day i bought my sprint galaxy s3.It is broken and before i go to the sprint store i just wanted to know if they give in store credit so i could get an iPhone 5, or would i have to get another gs3?
I think they give you a gift card or something, I'm NOT 100% sure though, but my sister had the iPhone 4s from verizon and broke it, had insurance, and now she has the iPhone 5. I'm sure you can.

See why i'm laughing? The Dealer is not going to give you credit to buy another car. You break a car, your dealer aint gonna do squat. You must have Car Insurance, pay a deductible, and they will take your car to a shop so it can be repair OR they will send you a check to get a new car

You must have Wireless Insurance, pay a deductible, and they will send you a phone of the same exact make/model you broke. You have no say in this matter. This is stated in your Terms of Service with ATT/Verizon/Sprint/Tmobile/Etc… 1 company does everyone's insurance claims… That company is called Asurion.
Call Sprint to file a claim and be transferred to Asurion… Or call Asurion directly and choose the option for Sprint customers
