Camera and light not working after dropping iphone 4 in the toilet?
Okay so I dropped my phone in the toilet and got it right back out, it is still working except it's stuck on headphone mode and the camera and flashlight are not working, they have what looks to be little water droplets on the inside and I don't know how to fix it!
Put it in a bowl of uncooked rice, then cover it with rice and let it sit until mid-morning. As is. That's my only suggestion.
Rice
Rice will soak up the water on the outside of your phone but can't suck out the water from the inside where the damage has been done.
You could try putting your phone in your kitchen oven on VERY LOW heat for a few hours to try to evaporate the water on the inside. If the damage has already been done, removing the water won't help.

- IPhone 4s camera light stuck on after being dropped in a puddle? Ok so me and my friend were at the park and I accidentally droped my phone (iPhone 4s) in a muddy puddle. We took it to bits and completely dried it (not an easy task I might add!). The only problem now is my camera doesn't work and the light is stuck on. I'm going to try doing a hard reset via iTunes tomorrow but I've read that doesn't actually help. Any suggestions?

I put it in rice for a bit and blow dried it for a bit also. I'm currently letting it sit on my table since last night. How much longer till i can use my phone? Because i do need it for work It was on when i dropped it. But i took it out like 3 seconds after… And did everything immediatly…
