Can an ebay item come in the afternoon?

I bought new iphone from ebay and it said it was going to come today, normally they come in the morning can it still arrive today? It's really important for my school work

It depends on where your package is on that trucks delivery schedule. It could be 8pm or 9 am

Ignoring the question about how an iPhone could be critical to your school work, if your normal daily delivery has already come and gone then it won't be here today. It would be quite rare for UPS or USPS to make a second pass along the route unless you paid for some special delivery (like Express Mail or similar), which may be on a separate truck and different schedule.

Nobody here knows your delivery man's habits. Give it another day.

You should buy a phone in person. The post office and the seller can't guarantee an exact delivery date. Unless it comes by Federal Express it will come only when the mail comes.
