Can an entire text conversation be faked?
My fiance s ex sent me screen shots of a large amount of texts between the two of them. She is very unstable and there seems to be something off about the look of the shots. The text box says "subject" then "text message" under that. Which is different from what my phone displays. Has anyone seen an iphone text box that says that? My gut says they are fake but I need to prove it so I can press harassment charges.
That s perfectly normal! I think it comes with iPhone 6 s or the newest OS. Most likely the latter. However, to answer your question that is a real text box.

I don't know about iphone but there are certainly ways to make fake snapshots of chats. They can't be absolutely reliable. You should verify them from the content and other reasons if not from graphical aspects.
