Can I Block Someone from Texting me on my iPhone 4?
When I finally got to college, I thought I was free from my horrible life, but now my mom keeps sending me evil, passive aggressive text messages. Is there any way I can block people from texting me without just throwing my phone in the toilet?
There's an app called iblock I believe. But there's not a way to block someone from the actually phone. That's the one thing that I don't like about iPhones

What would happen if they called or texted me? Really need to know before I go ahead and do this, that way I don't get criticized for shunning them out of my life. I just can't deal with their annoying and ignorant texts anymore. Some friendships just don't last I guess and I'm too kindhearted to just tell them to downright quit texting me. Thoughts?
