Can i buy an iphone 4s 32 GB from apple and activate it with virgin mobile? - 1
I really want the iphone 4s but its plans on other networks are so expensive except for virgin moble, but on virgin mobile the iphone 4s 32 GB costs more than double its origional price or $300, so can i buy an apple iphone 4s 32gb from somewhere like bestbuy or radioshack and activate it with virgin mobile?
The iPhone is cheaper when you get it from companies with more expensive plans, because the contract is subsidizing the cost of the phone, whereas Virgin Mobile is charging you the full price since they aren't. If you buy an iPhone from another provider and switch to Virgin Mobile, you'll break the contract and have to pay another $300 or so anyway, so you won't really save any money.
