Yes, but they are region specific, but it doesn't stop you from doing so. Only thing is they are so much more robotic than the US default version. Check the Siri Settings for those options.

I turned off siri and voice controll will turn on instead. I have had my iphone 5 for 6 months and haven't had any problems until now.
