If you want to use the phone on MetroPCS's CDMA network, you can get the Sprint iPhone 4 flashed to it. But if you're planning to use the phone on MetroPCS's BYOP program, you can't use that as Sprint iPhone 4 are CDMA only and there's no SIM slot.
