Can I exchange my Iphone at a Apple store for a different color?
I got the Iphone 5s for christmas but it is the gold. I would prefer the black, I went to Telus, where we got it from and they won't exchange Iphones. Do you know if I can go into an apple store and get a black one? Maybe a re-stocking fee? Or is it not an option
I'm not sure if you can exchange it for a different color but i know for a fact that telus only provides the iphones but if there seems to be a problem with the iphone you have to go directly to the apple store. Something reasonable to do would be to go to the apple store directly and ask or just give them a call (you can find the number on apple's website under SUPPORT) hope this helps.
I don't think that's and option. Maybe at the apple store you can see if it's possible but if there's no problem with the phone i doubt they will give you a new one in a different color.

Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?

So I called so they would send me a replacement. And they sent me the iPhone 6 in gold. So is there any way I can exchange it for the space grey at T-Mobile? I really do not like it in gold.
