Can I get a replacement with a iPhone 5 that is stolen but has limited warranty?
Bought the phone off craigslist. The guy ripped me off. Reported stolen. But it has limited warranty. Will apple replace it if I make up a lie? And also will they check if the phone is reported stolen?
The will most definitely check the phone's ESN, and will most likely get the police involved, as you have stolen property.
I would contact the police and file a fraud report, to cover yourself against any possible issues that may arise from the stolen phone issue.
- Will my iphone 4 warranty replacement give me an iphone 5? A couple things were deffective on my iphone4 and verizon is sending me a new phone in the mail under warranty, but from what i've heard apple and verizon do not distribute anything less then the newest iphone model so will i be getting the iphone 5?

My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
- IPhone 5, what does my limited warranty cover? I have an iPhone 5, and the lock button doesn't work very well, and, I want to fix it. Does my limited one year warranty cover it? Can I fix it myself?
