Can i put an iPhone 5 from AT&T on layaway at Wal-Mart?

Added (1). I've looked on Wal-Mart.com, but they didn't show anything. I know my Wal-Mart sells them, but wasn't sure if you could put them on layaway since the price is on the bottom under "without contract".
Added (2). Like Straight Talk? Can those be unlocked to be used on AT&T?
You can if they sell them. But remember AT & T is the airtime carrier. Wal-Mart dot com is a good place to check to see the description of the phones they sell.
