Can I share a data plan on at&t?
My mom and my sister both have a plan on at&t. My mom has some kind of gophone with a touchscreen and my sister has iphone 4s. I just got a samsung galaxy exhilarate and was wondering if I could share the data plan with my sister or if I need my own individual plan. I will not need the data because I use Wi-Fi and only need the phone for texting. Is there any possible way to have the smartphone on a data and text plan only?
I believe you can hotspot but you have to pay extra
- With Verizon, can two iphones share a data package of 2GB? I have an iphone right now and it costs $30 for 2 GB of data a month. My mom wants to get rid of her basic keyboard phone and upgrade to an iPhone. But she doesn't want to pay an addtional $30 for her 2 GB of data. Is it possible for her to just use some of my data and join my 2 GB plan?

I was wondering is it a right decision to choose the 1GB data share plan, since there will be only one line on the account? I don't know if that will effect my speed or what, I'm just trying to choose the right plan for an iPhone that will be the only line.
- What is the mobile share plan? I want to get the iphone 5 but i want unlimited data but what is mobile share plan. Do i get data on my phone or is it just for sharing i just want someone to explain this to me (i have sprint and i want at&t)
- Verizon Share Everything Plan? I'm confused with this new plan. How much would one iPhone 4S and 2 basic phones cost with about 700 ish minutes and 250 texts per month with 2GB of data?
