Can I still use message if I have no service iPhone?
I think I can't put service back on it I reported it lost so yea and now I found it can i just use Wi-Fi to use Message?

Yes you can use imessage over Wi-Fi. You just enter your email and people will messsage your email to identify the phone, but it arrives as text messages.
No, you can't. But you can use the imessage if you have connected iPhone to Wi-Fi.
