Which chips? If you mean can you disassemble your phones and swap bits back and forth the answer is no you can't!

I've never heard of an "iCloud chip".
If you're referring to the flash memory of the phones, which is where all your data is, then no. They're different generation phones and it wouldn't work. Plus, it's not practical for most people, unless you own a business doing this, which is very unlikely.
