I would not. Steam can get into VERY tiny crevices in anything. All it takes is a drop or two of condensed steam (aka water) to futz up the phone's circuitry on a permanent basis.

No. Otterbox doesn't make a waterproof case, so your phone isn't protected from the steam in the sauna. Even if it's a dry sauna, there's still more moisture in the air than their is on the hottest, most humid day in the summer.
An Otterbox also won't protect your phone's battery from the heat. Heat kills rechargeable batteries.
