Can I unlock my Iphone 5 to make it work in the US?
I bought an Iphone 5 while i was working in the Philippines and now that i'm back State side i want to unlock it and use a local carrier like att or tmobile
As of earlier this year it is illegal to do so. Sorry.

As for the illegality mentioned by the other guy, that applies only for US citizens and for phones manufactured after January 26 2013.
