Sure, as long as you pay for the newer phone you can UPGRADE to it or any other phone you like.
Now if you mean can you trade in you 16gb phone that you got months ago for the 32gb phone, now that you are running out of memory, no, not unless you are buying the new phone either used from someone else, or new from Apple or your cell phone carrier.
- IPhone 5s, upgrade to the 16Gb or the 32Gb? The plan I want has the different options for gigabite storage but is extra. I don't NEED it but it'd be handy to have. The 16Gb is $69 a month including phone and the 32Gb is $74 a month. Should I just spend the extra $5 a month and have heaps of music and games and photos? Or save $5 a month and conserve more?

- If I broke my Iphone 4s 16gb can I return it and get an Iphone 4S 32gb? It's still under a warranty so I can return it to get a new one I know, but the 16 is a little small so I was wondering that when I return it would it be possible to upgrade my GB as well? Does it cost more? Would I basically be paying for a new phone instead of the 50$ it is to get it replaced? I have AT&T.
