Can i use iphone 4 apps without Wi-Fi?
I have these music apps that arent connected to the enternet but i worry my data plan will go up if i use it at school or in the bus. Do i need Wi-Fi to use those kinds of apps?
No as long as you don't go browsing looking for music, but if your just playing music then no but just to be safe you should turn on airplane mode
Some iPhone apps need Wi-Fi to even work. But, while your at school & on the bus if the app loads quickly then that means you probably don't need Wi-Fi for that app, therefore their not charging you. But, I know at my school they can have Wi-Fi but, we have to type of username & password in to unlock it. If you don't have Wi-Fi, most of the apps that do need it won't load or let you play that game or app. Hope that helps!
Some apps us up data minutes if you're not connect to Wi-Fi. Some are self-contained. It depends which. Nearly all apps that use Wi-Fi will also operate using your data time. Depending on your phone plan, that can become expensive.
You do not need Wi-Fi for those kind of apps.
If the apps don't required internet then its ok, if you want to make sure won't take over from your data plan, switch the provider's data off while you are in school or in the school bus.

What app is it because I'm trying to find an app that I can use for music so I can start exercising
