Nope. All smartphones are sold with a data plan. Can't get one without a data plan. That's how they pile up your cash. Basement price for a small data plan on anything is $45-50. Best luck.
- Pageplus iPhone lost signal? I activated a Verizon iPhone 4s on Pageplus a month ago and all was working fine. Yesterday iTunes wasn't syncing properly, so I restored it to a backup.
