Can i use my paypal account to send money when i'm outside the UK?
I'll be out of the uk next month, and i wanna send money via paypal to my wife, who will be in the uk. I have the iphone paypal app as well. But no one seems to know if its possible to use paypal while abroad. Please, i need this info and paypal never answer the phone!

- When will PayPal send my money into my account? I've just sold an iPhone over PayPal, I've sent the item this morning, along with the tracking code, and it's on it's way. PayPal said that the funds will be in my account in the next 21 days and that it's pending, due to safety issues. Can that person reverse the payment? I'm worried that I won't get my cash, and they will be left with the item and money and I'll get nothing, the phone was quite expensive.
- When can i use all the money in bank account after a cheque has been cleared? I cashed a £400 cheque to a Natwest branch on monday. On wednesday i saw the amount in my bank account had risen to £600 but said i could only withdraw £200. Can i still by the new £599 iPhone with the money in my bank account or do i have to wait until the cash point says i can withdraw the full £600

I need to make some money I don't have a computer just a iPhone and iPod touch 2gen 4.2.1 and I only have a paypal account And I don't want to have to earn point like swage bucks not those sites I'm am 17 users old too So If anyone knows a site, to make some paypal money online
