Yes there were many apps that can share their photos through Bluetooth or wi-fi
some of the fastest apps i know are

2.xender
3.app sender
4.file transfer and so on
You already have airdrop on the iphone, so yes.
Wi-Fi, yes
Bluetooth, yes*
but these days because of the many other options available most people wouldn't use bluetooth anymore (comparatively archaic)

But when I try to share a photo from my photo library, or the 'Camera Roll' I go to share, and the option is not here. However twitter, facebook, messages, flickr etc is.
