Added (1). If i buy a factory locked, icloud lock, carrier locked iphone 4 on very low price. Will Wi-Fi internet work just fine? I'm android user, i only need ios for testing websites on ios browsers as i'm web developer.
No. A locked iPhone (in terms of carrier) would be fine. An iCloud locked iPhone can't be used for anything.
