Can my iphone 5s be refurbished?
I bought the iphone 5s Friday but I had a problem and went and ask for help they gave me a new one but not from a original box. Can it be refurbished if it just came out?
It's unlikely that they have any refurbished ones yet, but it could have been one that was returned and never used, or they might also have spare new ones on hand just for replacement purposes.
Most likely it was an open box phone that someone had just returned.

- New or refurbished iPhone 4s? I want to get the iPhone 4s and the refurbished phones are $50 cheaper. I was just wondering what exactly refurbished means and if that will affect the quality of the phone. What would you do?
