Can O2 block someone from calling/texting me?
I have an iPhone so I know its not possible for me to block the number, neither does there seem to be a decent app. My ex boyfriend is texting me and I want it to stop. I don't want a new number because it's on my CV, my uni contact details and too many friends have it so I don't want the hassle of getting a new one!
Call O2 customer services or go into an O2 shop and ask if they can block the number for you. I read somewhere that they might charge? But this could be a rumour so I don't know.
If they can't, download an app to your phone that will block the number for you. Or if this doesn't work, you could just make a silent ringtone for that caller so your phone doesn't go off.
The only other option is to change your number, which O2 can do for you.
