Can you downgrade to ios 6 on iphone 5S?
I have the iPhone 5S and I really want to switch back to iOS 6.is there a way that i can?

Short answer: no. Apple doesn't allow you to revert to an older version of iOS after they've released a new one. On the iPhone 5S, which came with iOS 7 from the factory, it's likely that iOS 6 wouldn't work in any case due to the phone's 64-bit processor. IOS 6 was never designed to run on 64-bit hardware.
