Can you Facetime from Sprint to AT&T?
I'm getting an iPhone from sprint and my friends have an iPhone via AT&T. Can I facetime with them?

I don't see why not. FaceTime is an Apple to Apple thing, doesn't matter which carrier.
Any Apple product with Facetime capability can do so as long as Internet is present. A MacBook or iMac can Facetime iPhones, iPads, iPod touches… As long as all of the above are connected to data or Wi-Fi, whichever is applicable.
