Changed iPhone battery, now home button is touchy?

I changed iPhone 6 battery, it's working, but now the home button does not turn the screen on from being dark, but once I get the screen turned on (by using lock button) and try pressing fingerprint on it a couple times, it will eventually unlock. Also, the lock button will not always turn the screen on when screen is dark- It takes a couple of tries. What could I have bumped while inside changing the battery? I've tried tightening and loosening the screws to the cover over the button, I've tried reattaching the screen cords to the other half of the phone etc, without luck so far.

As the old battery was removed away, all your selective data ( optional choice set up by you ) was gone and iPhone6 automatically switch by to the factory default setting. Follow the user manual to load back the choice you want.

There's a cable that goes to the home button that you have to disconnect before removing the screen. If this was damaged or not attached properly after removal then it would cause these problems. Your best bet is to take it to a professional and have them repair it or if you feel confident enough, take the screen back off, and make sure this bottom cable is attached properly.
