It depends how much internet you want and also how many minutes. I would say 450 minutes, unlimited texting, and like 250 or 300 MB on AT&T is like $79.99 a month.
It depends on your plan.Me and my mom have a family plan at at&t on iphones and we have unlimited texting, calling, and 450 data and it's $100 or so for both of our phones.
