Added (1). I got an iphone 6s plus with sprint about two weeks ago. I decided to only get the 1 gig of high speed data for now to see if i could afford more later on. What the lady at sprint told me was that i would have 1 gigabyte of 4G LTE coverage adn once that was used up i'd drop to 2G coverage. I haven't even used all of my 1 gigabyte; so far i've used 987 MB, but my data isn't working at all. It shows the "LTE" logo, but i'm not able to connect to anything.
Do a factory reset and see if that helps. Sometimes, it's just a software glitch. Or you can just turn off your phone for a minute or so and then turn in back on. That might also solve the problem. Also, make sure you're Cellular Data enabled.
- Siri is not working on iPhone 6 Plus iOS 9.3? Siri doesn't seem to hear any of my requests. I just updated to iOS 9.3, but the problem is still there (since I got the phone w/ iOS 9.1). Siri is enabled, and my microphone works perfectly when I make calls. Siri does work when I have my phone connected to a speaker (without a mic) via Bluetooth, so this is definitely a software issue. Again, Siri did now work on iOS 9.1, 9.2, or 9.3. Any solutions?
