Do Androids have more potential bugs/issues than iPhones?
I just went to Android from iPhone and I feel that, although they offer more apps, that's not necessarily a good thing… Apple has certain standards and it's not hard to find a good app that serve a given purpose. Yet Androids you have to search hard and read a bunch of reviews to find one that does things flawlessly. And I think I heard that kitkat has a bug that drains phone batteries and I think my phone is going through that right now. I never waisted so much time and frustration on my iphone. It did the basics and it did them flawlessly without a hicup. Apple doesn't play around with mediocre engineering. They work towards perfection, and ease of use. Life is cluttered with information nowadays that what we all need is a little more simplicity in our lives so that we can enjoy the better things in life.
Why did you go from iPhone to Android? What phone do you have? Not all android phones are the same.
I like Android because it's more open. You can do more with your phone. Developers have more freedom. But yes it's true that this can lead to problems. There are lots of bad iOS apps as well. You will always have to be careful about what you put on your phone.
I do think android has more potential issues… But in the same way a motorcycle has more issues than a bicycle.
If you want a phone with no issues get an old nokia 1100. But it's not going to do much. There always tradeoffs with technology. Cutting edge tech always has issues. This is why apple is falling behind… They are scared to try new things. They want everything to be perfect, so they start a few years behind the rest of the world… Which is fine for most people. Iphones are great for kids and old people.
They definitely do because of viruses, its like windows where they had all the same issues. Thats why virus detectors are run only on android phones and no one runs them on iphones. This below was taken from a website:

F-Secure, an anti-virus software producer, has released a report that details the saturation of malware content in mobile devices, and it turns out, Android platform was responsible for a whopping 79 percent of all malware intrusions. Android was also host to 96 percent of the intrusions in the fourth quarter alone.
- Why do iPhones have more language options than Android? Why do iPhones have more language options than android when carrier locked? 'Cause an iPhone has several options when it comes to what languages that it can be set in, but adroids only have 3-5 languages(for me, it's English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese) when locked… My phone is pretty much the only device that I'm unable to swap into the language that I want…
- Why do iPhones charge faster than Androids? I've recently went from a Galaxy to an iPhone, and I was surprised by how more quickly the iPhone charges. I could set my phone down at 20%, and come back half an hour later and it'd be in the high 70's, low 80's (estimate). For my Android, it would likely not be past 30%.
- Why are people who have owned more than two iphones so dim? Srsly. They are dimmer than a lightbulb still in its packing. They are dimmer than my dog's butthole. I haven't actually checked, but I ****ume that it's pretty dark in there.
