If you go to your phone carrier (whether it be AT&T, Verizon, ect.) they should give you a free one. Just say you lost it or something. I know AT&T does it, cause i've had to get a new sim card myself.
Your phone carrier gives you that. Why would you need that? There should be one in it.
Apple is not a carrier. You get the SIMs from carriers, e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile.
