Does a Verizon iphone 5c have SIM card?
Is there also anyway I could buy a Sprint phone to use on Verizon since they're both CDMA?
All iPhone 5c have SIM cards. You're second question, it is possible and very easy to use a sprint phone on Verizon or vice versa, like you mentioned because of them both being CDMA so ATT wouldn't work.
