Does an iPod touch offer the same games as an iPhone?
I have an iPhone 4 and my children love to play my games. If I purchased them an iPod touch 4th generation can they get the same games as I have?

Yes it will all applications can be used on other devices except an app running on 3g won't work on the touch
Yes. Its basically the same thing.except that eventually apple will stop making software updates for IPod touch (4th generation) and they won't be able to get some of the games. But that won't happen till like 4 to 5 years from now. So just go with the ipod touch unless you want your kids to have a phone.
also keep in mind that with an ipod touch they'll need Wi-Fi to play certain games.unlike your iphone where you pay for the internet.
