Does quitting my job look bad for my future?

So i recently got hired at a Safeway in my area. I'm a 16 year old guy and had been wanting a job since the summer started and landed an interview at safeway. I'm a very academic student as i have above a 4.0 gpa and am going into my senior year taking two more ap classes. I have a very big future ahead of me for i'm applying at 2 UC's and Cal Poly SLO plus some back ups. Anyways i got the job at safeway and have been working for almost a month and might i say it is very busy work. However, to me it is worth it because its a job and I'm getting paid. But i recently got hit with a letter saying that i need to send the Union money for my $255 initiation and pay $45 monthly to be in the union. I was very sad to find out that they take out that much of my pay and it really makes this job worse.

My friend just started working at a iphone case kiosk in the mall and gets paid the same minimum wage as I plus commission. He could easily get me a job there and that is my question.

Does it look bad to any parts of my future to quit my job at safeway for money purposes? Please keep in mind my expectations for later in life are very high. And i do not want this to hold me back in any way. I just want to be making as much money as possible, not paying to work somewhere that requires more actual work than a kiosk at the mall.

So if you quit already just never mentioned you ever worked there.
