Does the iPhone 4 have facetime?
I'm looking to upgrade my phone (I'm with Verizon) and the only free phone is the iPhone 4. Does it have facetime (or can I get the app for it because it does have a front facing camera)?

- Why doesn't my iphone 4s have facetime? I bought a 4s from saudi arabia. And i want to facetime my friends through facetime but i don't see the facetime icon on the home screen or in settings.oh and it is ios5 it should have facetime all my other friends have facetime why won't mine?

- Why doesn't my iPhone 4S have FaceTime in the settings, can't use? Had my iPhone 4S replaced due to a cracked screen about a month ago. Since I replaced it I have not had iMessages or FaceTime, tried to turn it on and play with settings within my Settings but there's not FaceTime setting available. I know it should be there but is here any reason it wouldn't be? And what can I do to fix it besides a trip to the apple store?
