Does this Craigslist Response sound fishy to you?

I'm selling my 55 gal fish tank set up on CL. I posted pictures and told them to call or text me, and I received an email at around 12:30 am, with this response. It looks fake to me especially because 1. The grammar 2. He doesn't mention WHAT I'm selling and 3. I'm not going to meet anywhere except my home to show a 55gal. Fish tank!

No actually it doesn't sound bad at all… Hes willing to meet with you in a public place because thats MORE logical as he himself may not want to approach random peoples homes… Just reply… It could be a real sale… ALWAYS meey n public. Even at local police station… We do that here

No fishy buyers claim to be overseas and never want to meet you. This guy is trying to set up a time to meet
Agree to meet somewhere like a Walmart or McDonalds parking lot. He's probably nervous to give his number because of all, the fake listings on Craigslist

It is a scam. We received word for word the same message, in another city and state. Always use the craigslist email proxy. If someone asks you to email them directly, and the message seems otherwise fishy, they are trying to get you to expose your real email address (or other info) to them.
