Downgrade iOS 7 or jailbreak on iphone 4s?

just wondering if there's something that allows you to downgrade yet,
or jailbreak iOS 7 on iphone 4s, the more information the better.

All you have to do is to restore your iphone.
1.connect your iphone to your laptop or PC
2.Click on iphone on the top right hand side
3. Iphone summary is shown
4.click 'Restore iphone' just on the right side to check for updates
YOU NEED TO HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION.WAIT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR IPHONE WITH IOS5 AND JAILBREAK WILL BE GONE.

I don't think you can down from iOS 7 anymore. Apple has put a stop to it… If you have your shh blogs saved then you may be able to… The iOS 7 jailbreak hasn't been released yet tho… You can get some information here: www.howtoidevice.com
