DropBox is not syncing my pictures from my iphone to my computer?
I have used dropbox for a couople months now and i have it linked to my computer, but i tried to sync the pics with my computer but nothing is syncing? I really need this fixed because i'm going on a big trip to DC soon and would like to have these pics saved on to my computer! Can somone tell me why this is happening? I'm in a Wi-Fi spot so thats no the prob!
Make sure you're signed into the same account on both devices. Look around for a refresh button too, as you may have to refresh depending on the device. If all else fails, not a problem! There's other solutions to what you want to do.
1) depending on what kind of phone you have, there are various sorts of apps that do what you want. What you want is called cloud storage. It stores data, such as pictures on an external server. If you have an Apple device, you already have cloud for free! It's something called iCloud and is free to use. All you need to do is set it up. I'm sure Apple has tutorials for this.
If you are an Android user, there's also apps for the same thing, but they aren't built into the phone (Some carriers or manufacturers may provide this built in like Apple, but it is not a universal feature)
If you can't use cloud or a wireless file transfer app, you can always send files between your phone and computer with a cable. Just plug it in!
