Dropped iPhone 4S in lake for 4-6 hours
So i was fishing today and i lost my iPhone 4S in my lake, i didn't realize til later, took it out, and put it in a sealed bag of rice, i have no idea what to do or how long to wait… I love this phone, can somebody help, and i can't replace it, just saying…
It's already destroyed. I'm sorry
Keep it in rice 36-48 hours. If it doesn't work after, it's dead; you'll have to get a new phone.
Most phones do not successfully survive a dunking.
- I'm going to the Lake District for a day I'm thinking of taking a camera but I do not know whether to buy a waterproof camera or a cheap? Dslr or bridge camera as I will be going in water and I have a iPhone 7 plus so I'm thinking a dslr or bridge camera would be a waste of money and thinking of buying a go pro should I or not?
- I live in lake forest and going to boston? I dropped my iPhone. Doesn't turn on. Officially dead. Would the at&t in boston be able to give me a iPhone for a certain fee.
- I have reset my iphone 4 settings, and it still won't switch on after 48 hours? The apple sign that comes on when you switch your phone on, is constantly on the screen, I have tried plugging it in, holding the 2 buttons, it does switch off and on again but stops at the apple again. Can anyone help? I have sold it and need to post it soon!
- I found an iPhone 5 while snorkeling in the Lake. What should I do with it? There's a local tie-up at the lake and some friends and I went snorkeling to see what kind of treasures we could find. Typically it amounts to beer cans and sunglasses, but this time I found an iPhone 5. It was in a lifeproof case, but water did get inside. I dried it out for a few days, and somehow it comes on. The screen is kind of blurry from water damage and home button does not work. Suggestions on what I should do with it?
