Dropped my charger in water?
Yesterday i was trying to paint my iphone charger with nail polish bc i heard it is ok and looks cool. I accidently dropped in water, so i dried it off and then painted it. I plugged it in and it began making a hissing sound, i figured maybe there was still water in there so i took it out and left it overnight to dry. The next morning it still made the noise. What do i do? Is my charger gone?

I've dropped my phone in the toilet before. And one of the best things to do it submerge your charger in dry rice. Let sit for 1-2 days. The rice will pull the water thats inside into the surrounding area. But lets hope you didn't fry it when you plugged it in.
Yeah dry rice will b helpfull. And do not use it until u r sure it is fully dry. If its openable open it and keep in sunlight. Exposing the circuit
I was in the bath and some bubbles got on my charger, now it says my phone is charging when it's still going down!
- Is the iPhone 5 Charger the same as the iPod Touch 5th Generation charger? I'm just curious because i'm trying to buy an iPod touch 5th generation ipod on ebay & all it says is "iphone 5 charger" so i was wondering if they were the same.
- Is anyone having a glitch with iOS 11 when plugging your charger in, until you press the home button, the charger isn't shown as plugged in? To give a better idea, I have an Iphone 6S Plus, and I've been having a problem where when I charge my phone, I have to press the home button, to get the phone to charge.
- I dropped my Iphone in water - no water damage showing on indicator? Here is the situation. I dropped my Iphone 5 in the toilet (I hadn't peed yet so all good there). Immediately switched it off, dried it and put it in a bag of rice. This was at about 6 p.m yesterday. This morning without turning it on I opened up the sim compartment to check the circle for water damage (checked online and apparently this is where to check for water damage). The indicator was white. It is back in the rice but I was wondering - when you think it will be ok to turn back on?
- I dropped my iphone 4 in water and my rear camera has water in it I dropped my phone in the toilet, as soon as it landed i grabbed it back out. I was running late so I just dried it off and left. An hour later I see my rear camera is blurry when trying to take a picture and I look at the camera and it's all foggy from moisture! Like a bathroom mirror after a shower! How can I rid of that?! The rest of my phone is working fine, just that foggy camera…
