Dropped my iPhone 7 in the toilet?
OK this is the first time I've done something like this and it was an accident. But I was in the bathroom and about to flush the toilet when my phone fell off the counter and fell right in. It stayed in for about a second before I fished it out, dried it off with a towel, then got a plastic and filled it with jasmine rice. It's an iPhone 7. Will it work if I keep it in for a day or two?!

You're fine. They have channels on YouTube dedicated to destroying phones, and an iPhone 7 can last, like, hours in water.
Luckily the iPhone 7 is water resistant so there's no need for it to be in rice at all. It will function normally. I've had my iPhone 7 soaked in rain during a heavy thunderstorm last year and it still functions normally to this day.
Well the iPhone 7 has an IP67 rating, so yes it should be fine.
