Added (1). I dropped my phone in the toilet earlier today, fished it out a few seconds later & it seemed fine. Eventually the screen looked a little funny and my phone turned off about an hour or 2 later. I put it in rice and it's been there for 4 hours. Will that be enough?

Put it in a bowl of uncooked rice absorbs moisture
You should have immediately shut it off the second you got it out of water. Even if it appears fine. :/
Shut off the phone and remove it's case. Find you wallet and take out a credit card. Buy a new phone. This one is dead.
